Sanctum - any good?

Thinking of going to see this purely because it's directed by James Cameron.

Is it any good though?

From the couple of reviews I've heard it's supposed to be a bit dull.

A group of cavern expolorers get trapped down a hole and need to get out..... cannot see it offering much tbh

I found the descent pretty watchable and also 127 hours which is about a guy who got his arm trapped under a rock.

So thought sanctum could be pretty good.

Cameron is only one of 9 involved in this film. I believe his input was quite small

We saw it last night (as the Kings Speech was sold out)... it was ok but I did find myself looking at my watch a few times.

It was our first '3D' experience and although it was ok it was a bit 'flat' in places.

We won't be renting it in the future.
