Constant Beeping and Flashing and a few other issues.

Reconnected the battery to the cerb so the builder could do some work in the garage and ran into a few problems.

Firstly, the lights on the alarm keep flashing and beeping. Doesnt stop and pressing the fod doesnt help.

Yanked a clicking relay in the boot and it stops

Car will start but as soon as i press the button the main beam comes on and the windscreen washers start shooting water.

Did a search with little luck so if anyone can give me a place to start i'd be grateful

Is battery fully charged?

According to the charger it is but i'll get the multimeter out. I would think there must be enough charge in it if it starts the car though no?

Check all the fuses. On normal cars when a fuse blows, something stops working. On the Cerb it can make something else start working
