Anyone come across this new magazine, from the publishers of "Fighters Only"?

Seems OK. Glossy and well produced with a variety of themes - including a guide to explosiveness - and some guest writers/'coaches' including Greg Jackson and Wanderlai Silva. There's a decent in-depth article on GSP and his preparation.

Being an anorak I hope it survives but it does seem a bit much that the introductory editorial says they knew that MMA needed a dedicated fitness and training title, when 'Fighting Fit' has been around for over a year! Doubt they missed that . . especially given several themes have been covered in 'FF' already.

Ironically the new copy of 'Fighting Fit' was there when I got back with this and I'd still go with it if it were a choice between one or other I got on the same day. But still, not a bad 1st edition and I will get the next.

Oh, also remember someone here saying 'Fighting Fit' wouldn't last and that the market was too hard/ small or something. Still going strong thankfully!

Ahh that is what is is called.biggrin
I saw it but decided not to buy, there was some nice pics there like in FF, but is there a need for two of these? FO jumping on the bandwagon? I noticed they got a picture of a high pull wrong which might confuse people who don't know it.

Yep. I wondered that too - as I say it's only 'cos I'm obsessive that I got the two. If it were one or the other, for now, my subscription with Fighting Fit will stay. I'll have a look at the next though and see what I think.
