Thinking of doing this,as mine seams to have come apart inside, spitting bits out into the exhaust,so was wondering about fitting a de-cat pipe .

what affect would this have on the Lambda sensors if any,and it would save me some weight too..bonus.any ideas ?....Its a 2.5 standard..

I'm fairly sure there shouldn't be any issues with the lambda sensor and the weight saving will be negligible. It will however mean the car will be noisier and could prevent you from attending track days and you will also need a friendly MOT station as it will fail the emmissions test without cats.
