I had the same problem with mine, although I am sure someone on here will come up with the right solution. I drilled two tiny holes right at the base of the lense to both allow any water build up to drain and to allow the temp inside and out to stay the same and never had a problem again. You cant even see the hole, smallest drill bit I could find.
On my car you can't remove the lights from the inside. Some cars seem to be different and you can, but not mine or I guess yours.
You have to remove the lens from the outside, dry it out inside, possibly repaint the edges of the perspex and glue it back in place with Sikaflex. Don't be tempted to use RTV silicone instead - it will start to leak again in a few months if you do - DAMHIKIJKOK! If you are using Sikaflex - mask both the lens and the bodywork with tape because it is foul stuff and gets everywhere.
Removing is a case of carefully cutting the existing sealant. I found the best thing for this was a curved, serrated "grapefruit knife". It just needs care not to touch the paintwork.
