Made my own Sushi!!

Finally had a crack at it using one of those kits in Asda, I know it's not exactly Yo Sushi but it went really well, looked great and tasted great too. It looked a bit flash but was really easy thanks to the instructions, only thing I changed was not doing the Tuna tinned with cress and mayo as they suggested, I just used tuna steak fresh. The salmon and advocado was good too.
As it was so much easier than I expected I am going to get a book or two and expand my abilities.
Recommend the kit from Asda though for a giggle and a taster.

no, not egg mayo, it was suggesting Tuna mayo, not my cup of tea so I sliced up a small fresh Tuna steak. Forgot to do pictures but will on the next lot. Sushi every night for the family now !!!
