vibrating ford galxy ghia tdi 2001

Hi there I'm just wondering if anyone could help me, my Ford galaxy zetec tdi 2001 starts all right but after a couple of seconds starts to vibrate and it feels like It's going to stole but never does. Also whene driving it comes up to the top of you rev about to change gear there is like a blowing noise like there is a hole in the exhaust? Could any 1 help please please(could a proper service make any diffrence?).

The blowing sound sounds like there might be a leak in the turbo plumbing. It's somewhere to start anyway.
