spark plugs

i no noble recommend motorcraft ones. but is there anything better or anything people prefer. i think i used ngk ones last year but cant for the life of me remember what part number for them was.

I know it's NGK but not sure of the part number, if you do a quick search you should find the ones Trevor recommends. I think the motorcraft ones aren't meant for the heat/stress of a tuned noble engine and can break up?

NGK Laser Iridium Premium ITR6F13 are reported to work well with a 35thou gap.

NGK BR7EFS - leave them gapped as they come out of the box (about 25thou).
