bit of a silly question

Hi all

I have a 97 (w140) s280 which is fitted with 17'' mercedes wheels from a w220 shape s class but the tyres that are on them a 225 55 r17 runflats,these were the tyres that were fitted to the wheels when i bought them.I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the non runflat tyres sizes would of been for these wheels as im finding the ride a little bit to crashy.

Firstly the wheel offset is different for the w140 and w220, they may fit but affect the ride and tyre wear, try and get the original wheels or upgraded amg's made for the 140, it will make all the difference
