Geoffrey (the butler) is on holiday at the moment.

As a result, I need to eat and prepare food MYSELF.

I have bought a few jacket potatoes from the Bel Air Supermarket.

Now I need some toppings.....

So far I can think of:

Beans / Cheese
Beef Chilli
Any Curry

What else?

Simplest is often the best. Grated cheese and pepper, put under the grill.

This works best if the potatoes have been cooked correctly(i.e. crispy skins) and the inside has been mashed and buttered sufficiently.

Roast beef, yorkshire pudding, roast parnsips, roast potatoes and maybe some carrots and peas.

Don't forget the gravy.

Cottage cheese. Simple.
Chilli and cheese, if you've got a good one in the freezer.

And don't forget a plain, simple slab of butter.

If you must do Tuna, Tuna mayonnaise and spring onions is a far better mix of flavours than most.

Yes I'm struggling to understand this. Leftover curry does not exist!

If you don't have leftovers, you haven't ordered enough in the first place. Always order with a view to keeping a bit for later biggrin
