First Roof Down Blast in Feb

Hi Chaps,

Just had the first roof down blast of feb through North Yorkshire today. B----Y Marvelous.

Have to wrestle the hard top back on now as frosty tonight. Oh well.......

It's been quite warm the last few days, my roof has been down most of the time. Still get funny looks though!

Giving my Mk1 a damned good sort out at the moment, but when it's done, it'll be top down, heat up heaven!

I once likened it to eating rice pudding with ice cream in - cold and hot at the same time

I had a good drive at lunchtime today. Nicest weather we've had around here in ages.

Hard top... hard top? ah yes, I remember now - hard top! It's one of those horrible plastic things that fit over the convertible hood to make sure you can't drop the top whenever you want to

It's a fair point but I do use mine as a daily driver so a hardtop does have its uses....

Took my roof down yestaday on the way back from bristol to tetbury nice to see the sun was out!

had my first blast with the top down a couple of weeks ago. the misses wasn't happy about it though! if the suns out the roof will come off!

Was starting to resent my 5 during the winter, until the other day when it was really cold but dry and bright, roof down, favourite road and mx5 parts duals! awesome fun. back in love with it now!

Had the roof off during the snow we had in January.. Can't beat some freezing morning roof off blasts.
