2011 leMans LMP2 engine regulations??

Hi guys, I need to help
I'm trying to find the full engine regs for the 2011 lmp2 lemans cars
They are using production car engines but other than capacity and financial constraints I cannot find any other info
I'm trying to asertain if they have to keep any parts other than the castings and if they have to keep within the original bore/stroke of the original engine and other such info
I've tried looking at the ACO website but it's plain useless

if you have to use production engines then i guess that is what determins the bore/stroke ratio. dont forget that, i think, you have to run inlet restrictors so a silly high reving motor would be pointless. Better to have a longer stroke and more torque i would have thought....Also this is what AER Racing Engines do http://www.aerltd.com/products.html

With regard to the AER PO7 l4 engine that they have been using in LMP2, I Presume that it will be outlawed in 2011 as the engines that are to be used in LMP2 are to be based on production engines from now on
Maybe they will develop the Nissan VQ35 for this role?
JUDD have developed the BMW v8 in naturally aspirated form to be used in LMP2 this year while mountune have further developed there turbo charges ford duratec engine.
I can't help but think the light weight all alloy ford duratec engine will be the best option, on paper work at least.
Compare it to the JUDD BMW v8 option, JUDD, 138 kg, mountune 98 kg, and with modern turbo charger technology the mountune will most likely have a wider spread of torque
Hard to say without dyno print outs and my lack of experience with restrictors but It sure will be interesting to watch them slug it out on track.
