Exporting a car to Singapore

A friend of mine living in Singapore has asked if I could source and ship him a car from the UK to Singapore.

I understand there is a heavy tax involved but would anyone have any experience in this or reccomend someone.

Also what costs, fees, duties are payable in doing it.
