Gubberment could save a fortune by not bothering with gantries.

M25 last night hundreds drove straight under red X which I understood means you are breaking the law to cross. There was a car stranded in Lane 4 a tad further down.

Who does this, is it PHers keen to get home or just the usual dross who know no better.

I would imagine it's part dross and part people who have never seen accurate information on those things and so have given up.

Agree on most things, but I do pay attentino to the 'X's. They tend to be more accurate.
