Quite surprised nobody has started a thread for this. Has anyone been watching?

Quite an eye opener into the world of facial disfigurements and how today's society has become so beauty obsessed.

Absolutely horrifed at the shallow, obtuse, mentally unstable, ignorant bimbo. She just couldn't comprehend how anyone with a disfigurement could be happy.

Urgh.

I only caught about five minutes which appeared to me to be a pretty ugly woman who was saying that she got by because she was so beautiful, and all I could think of was really?.

Last week saw both participants dealing with real issues and being very grown up about it. I really enjoyed watching the the program unfold.

This week the vacuous bimbo made me want to throw things at the TV and then go out and enjoy a pint and a laugh with the other one who had far better skin smile

That did make me laugh when they went to get their skin checked and considering all the beauty stuff the bimbo used, her face was covered in bacteria, while Susan's skin was near perfect.

Stupid vacuous trollop. banghead

I just got round to watching this. It was quite interesting when they went out and people didn't seem to notice the scars the guy had, but went out of their way to be unpleasant to the girl.

I thought she came across very well, and looked much better without the make-up than she did with it.

The 'beautiful' woman on the next show was awful. Shallow and completely lacking in empathy.

Off topic I realize, but was curious if u have ever experienced an actual tankslapper and if so what happened? I hope u didn't get hurt. What kind of bike do you ride? I used to own a few Yamaha sportbikes, my last being an FZ6, my favorite one I owned being an R6-- they both came with a stabilizer on the bars to prevent tankslappibg. I've had s few scary moments on my bike, but thankfully the R6 recovered and I was unharmed.

For those non-riders reading this, click the link(s) below to see the effects of a tankslapper. (Please excuse me OP for getting off the topic.)

Wasn't just me then. I watched the first one, fair enough, I lasted 5 minutes into the second and deleted it, she was too horrible.

I don't have a bike, and haven't experienced a tankslapper, but I have seen one. I couldn't see that video, but if it was the one at the TT a while back then it wasn't quite as dramatic as that. The guy stayed on but he fitted a steering damper pretty soon afterwards.

That Miss Manchester woman was bloody awful. It was telling when she was asked to sit in a church and reflect, she just went on standby like she had literally nothing to think about.

She was very fit that lass. It's a real shame she had body/looks issues when she is clearly very attractive (apart from when she had her god open like a gormless chav!) and she came across as quite nice.
Although she is still quite young so there is hope.

It's a sad world where the younger generation are all brainwashed into believing only perfection is the only way to get on in life - when perfection doesn't exist (apart from Kylie) - so are forever chasing that look.

I always tell my daughter to love herself and be thankful with what she has. yes

Anyone else watch last nights? Just watching with the OH on Sky+.

Who the fk does this silly bh Laura think she is? I'd have a go on her but her attitude stinks. "Pouty Pouty look at me".

If it was the one with the black guy with the prosthetic ear, then yes - she was a shallow, self obsessed, ignorant girl who didn't get the point of the exercise at all and clearly learnt nothing.

That's the one - she strutted around like a peacock in a "Look at me way" - I wanted to slap her. From Carlton in Nottingham originally apparently.
