Breakdown company damaged my car - Good London garage needed

My car broke down at the weekend (no not the TVR 
) and the good man from the recovery company, let's call them BB, came along to fix it. I think the problem was the fuel pump relay broke which in turn drives all the power for the ECU. He gave a good go at fixing it with multimeter etc and did get it going. However, in his subsequent messing around inside the ECU I think he powered something up the wrong way and blew one on the ignitors.
I have no way of proving this but I do know all was working ok and after his playing about he blew 2 separate fuses. Anyway this is very hard to prove and claim for and luckily I have a very good man who will sort the ECU for cost so hopefully won't be them end of the world.
However, I then got towed home by another man in a BB van and upon arriving at my house I noticed a massive puddle under my car. It turns out a metal pin on the trailer punctured my sump and the massive puddle was 5 litres of new fully synthetic I'd put in the week before.
Now I need my car recovered form my house, new sump and oil fitted and then returned back to me. This will have to be done without the engine running and as I have a modified car I would like to know the person who is taking it from me is going to look after it.
Can anyone please suggest a good PH type garage who will look after my car and do the things I need done properly. I live near Tower Bridge if that is any help.
