Has anyone eaten or stayed here and was it any good?

A bit bored of London so thinking about going for a meal and possibly a overnight stay as it was recommended to me but reviews online seem very mixed.

Beautiful place, choice of 2 excellent restaurants (I'd recommend The Pass) and surrounded by great driving roads.

Have also had a fantastic meal there, although personally I preferred South Lodge as it felt a little less stuffy

Sorry to clarify; once i had written the title it occured to me that there maybe more than one 'Kings Arms' in Sussex, but i am specifically asking about the one in Fernhurst.
