Who owns a scanner in their Tiv? Does it work well?
What is the best one on the market at the best price?

I caught a glimpse of the one that was in the car that Tiffany Dell, ooops, I mean Tiff Needell was driving when he was doing that bit on dodgey speed camera spots. I have actaully yet to see one working, in the flesh.
Thanks in advance

Two different types - scanners and jammers. Jammers I believe will disrupt a laser and no fix will be made on the car. Scanner will detect radar, but not all systems i.e. the new digital ones appearing down south, or ones built into the road. Scanners will also detect laser, but are then relying on a second fix to confirm the speed giving you time to reduce speed. Scanners help reduce accidents by making you aware of accident blackspots, which as we all know should be the sole reason for such devices.
