I used my local one in Macclesfield for my car, with outstanding(ly loud) results. It was as cheap as an internet bought stainless system, but here I could spec exactly what I wanted.
When my Dad's Subaru Legacy needed a new exhaust Subaru wanted almost a grand for a new one so I sent him to the custom shop where he got a stainless steel one custom made for somewhere like 350 - 400. The guy even said "How loud do you want it?". Pretty amusing question to a 68 year old in cords.

Yes I've had 3 exhausts made or customised by Hayward & Scott over the years

Where are you? I use a company called AAS in Newcastle and they're brilliant, excellent quality full stainless system custom made for less than the price of a mild steel system from Kwik Fit last time I got a quote.
If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost you for your system? I was thinking of heading up tomorrow to get a quote for a catback system for my Fiesta (stuck with it for another 10 months now, might aswell have a laugh with it while I've got it!).I had an exhaust done by Haywood and Scott on my E39 M5 and they did a fantastic job.

Sorry for the delay, I think it was about 350 for mine, can't remember exactly as it was quite some time ago. My mate got robbed 600 for a mild steel one from Kwik Fit
