My M12 needs an overhaul

Just wondering what are people's recommendations for a specialist Noble mechanic to do a complete overhaul of my M12GTO3R. The car needs an annual service, probably needs replacement hoses, needs the turbo's sorted and has a really niggling issue of stalling, particularly at busy junctions!

Distance won't be an issue.

Your thought's would be appreciated.
