Anybody on here into extreme sports? I and I suspect a few others would be interested to hear what scatty antics you get up to at weekends.

Personally, the most extreme for me has been motocross. Currently retired from MX for the past 3 years due to finances, time and mini people. Any FMX'ers out there?

Especially interested to hear from anyone involved in this: http://vimeo.com/18150336

But lets not make the video the theme of this thread

Mountain Biking
Rock Climbing
Fell Running

are my preferences, although mountain running is by far my favourite. Not that any of them are particularly extreme at the level I do them.

For some reason, surfing seems to be deemed "extreme"

A few shots of moi:

Also into MTBing (did an off road tri a while back but don't race much) and fell/coast running which I compete in a fair bit - usually 10Ks.

I've been known to flirt with A&E thanks to skateboarding, "aggressive inline skating" (not sure why "aggressive" as most of the people I've skating with are quite chilled out but it's different to, say, dancing to disco or swerving in and out of cones) and rock climbing/bouldering.
