Changing profile picture

Having issues changing my profile picture says its uploading and complete but doesnt change! been having a go for a couple of days now, just wondering if anybody else has had the same issues and how theyve overcome them? im trying to do it on a macbook at the moment dont know if that has any effect? Many thanks!

Have you cleaned out your cache lately?

Done and worked! in answer to the question above, depends on what browser your using in safari click safari in the top tool bar then empty cache, internet explorer its slightly different, what browser are you using?

depending on what version you have it may appear slightly different


On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. This deletes all the files that are currently stored in your cache any issues drop me a PM
