Baked cod with cinnamon and lime

I'm thinking that might just work, what do the PH foodies think?

Will the flavours compliment each other or is it a disaster waiting to happen?

I'm not sure about the Cinnamon TBH. Why not keep it simple like a herb crust or Chilli and ginger steamed cod

Because I like cinnamon and I have young mouths to feed too. Mention the word chilli and they'll bolt for the Pot Noodle

Lime yes, cinnamon no. (Unless you have lemon.)

Depending on what you have in the house I'd recommend:

Lime + coriander, garlic, ginger, black pepper, mango, pineapple.

Lemon + cinnamon, tomato, peppers, flat-leaved parsley.
