McDonalds pancakes

Hi All

Well being the romantic type, I've decided to make the Mrs pancakes for breakfast (her favorite)

I usually make drop scones/scotch pancakes, but she really like McDonalds ones. Does anyone have a recipie for one more like that?

You could try this one http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/fluffyamericanpa... I would use butter instead of the olive oil as I have found the olive oil leaves a taste.
