Sorry if this is a repost, but I found these threads on google tonight whilest doing a bit of Rover research, as you do...

The forum itself seems like people that go into abandoned sites and explore/take photos. I doubt any of them have any interest in MGR but if you do it might interest you to have a look

If anyone has any more please share

Danny

Clicking that link will send you to NSFW st, copy/paste it your address bar instead. (28DL have a feud with PH apparently, so linking directly to their site ends up with you getting sacked and divorced).

PS. Otherwise interesting.

Huh, so it seems we no longer get the "The boss is a " link from them.

There was a problem with them before, not sure if it's still running but be careful when posting links from their site! Very interesting but potentially a massive kick in the dick if viewing from work ('boss is a ' shouting from your speakers, etc.).

Interesting eh? The brakes are pretty standard on the front though, so doubt it was going to be getting big power frown

Sad seeing those pictures. When MG-Rover's creditors called the liquidators in, the workforce simply walked away leaving everything as is. No option but to do that. Very sad.

When a company or Nation cannot pay its creditors, there's a lesson for us all there. Thing is, will sufficient learn that lesson. Just like the Red Parrot ... I fear it will simply be another Whoooosh!

By the way, I'm in favour of all the necessary cuts, just so long as none affect me in any way.

This comes up fairly often on PH. A lot of comments like those above, its a shame / Sad etc. However when the company was in strife how many people went out and brought the cars to help save the company.

Fair enough the products where not upto the competition however they needed sales to develop new cars.

You ever driven an Astra? Clio? 75? They were stuffed by a lot of things, but the metal was far better than popular wisdom suggests.
