I have been watching the pries on FF RR for a while now. Now that we are starting to see some better weather and are heading towards spring. Are the prices likely to drop a little as we get towards summer? I gather more would be sold over the Winter to get about on un-gritted roads in the countryside etc.

I hope so as we are looking for a Freelander or old Disco and everything's well overpriced at the moment.

They do seem overpriced. We have an old Disco (M reg!) that seems to be worth way more than what was paid for it a few years ago.

With relation to the Full Fat RR then i would say from what i have heard from dealers the prices should stay firm for a little while not so much to do with the snow etc but more to do with limited secondhand stock coming to the market.

Due to customers not changing their vehicles as often there doesnt seem to be as much used stock around.

Hi there,

Although I originally mentioned the seasonal changes in price to you, I would say don't pay too much attention to it. I agree that there is little available in terms of Range Rovers, and it's probably wise to just keep an eye on what's out there, and pounce on whatever really suits your needs, and is available. You can always haggle on price anyway.

I've just put a deposit on a 2006 MY Supercharged FFRR, very excited to pick it up soon, just waiting for it to come back from an LPG conversion.

In any event I would say the seasonal spike in prices is now past, so from now on just scour the ads and go for it when something looks and feels right to you.
