B AND W ZEPPELIN PROBLEMS

My Zeppelin has started flashing its power light ( Red ) and making a dreadful buzzing noise from the speakerrs , its 2 years and 1 day old and to be honest used probably less than 20 times , has anyone else had this problem ,

Give them a call and send it back. Their customer service is very good, and if you haven't still got the box, they'll pop one in the post.

I had exactly this as well, although I use mine all the time.
Lost receipt, no packaging. Called 01903 221500 and within 48 hours they had it on the road back to them.
Not only did they fix the problem, on it's return, it had new speaker cloth where the cat had been using it as a scratching post. FOC, and it was out of guarantee. Top company.

Just called them and they are posting me some packaging and arranging collection
and repair FOC , what great service .

Same problem here too at just under a year old. It went back (via John Lewis) quibble free. Shame it
broke in the first place but excellent customer service. Great piece of kit too, highly recommended (not sure my neighbours would agree...).

Mine is just over a year old and the red was flashing the other day but is now normal. Is it worth speaking to JL. There is a known problem of one sort but I cannot think what it is

Mine is on its way back to them for a FOC repair , apparently its most likely
to be the power distribution unit , they have modified it in the newer models
so they are popping that in and upgrading the software .

Does anyone notice quite a lot of 'noise' between tracks on theirs?

depends how long your warranty is. Mine did this and was sent back to B&W without fuss but I think I only had a 2 y John Lewis warranty.
It is a common problem so they might be OK about it after 2y?
