Advert Withdrawn

My premium advert has been withdrawn for some reason, it was on the website at about 9am this morning but when I've logged on just now my account area is showing as if I haven't ever posted anything on here before.
I posted the add about 2 weeks ago, so had another 2 weeks left..
Why would this be?
