replacing e36 convertable inner lining !!

One of the flaps on my inner lining has broken and the lining has got some holes in it, can anybody tell me where i can get a new inner lining from other than BMW ??

And are they hard to fit yourself ??

If it's anything like the hood on the xjs I fitted the only way is to remove the hood it was not the simplest thing to do.

There's plenty of hood places just do a google search for a local one
