Am I OK to tweek the idle speed up a tad, it is a bit slow and so nearly cuts out, it used to be about 850 but is nopw nearer 700

Dont fiddle with any screws or bolts etc, from what i've heard it'll only make things worse. If you need to tweak the idle its best to do it via the software.

First check for any vacuum leaks before you adjust anything.
