Anyone any experience of Jaguar / Landrover / Tata?

Hi all,

Jaguar / LR are currently advertising for Engineering managers (numerous positions) and i was wondering how they are viewed as an employer?

I am fortunate enough to have a good position but am always looking for opportunities hence the question.

I would be interested if anyone knows how people focussed they are ie do they invest in their people etc and what kind of promotional opportunities would there be.

FYI I am CEng MIet with significant BlueChip FMCG experience and a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt so am pretty well qualified and suited to the roles.
