A new Door Opening Problem :)

Hi All,
Not been using the cerbie for a while, but as it was a nice day thought i would get it out, now you may have seen my previous post around a flat battery, but it did not have one....
The issue was the doors would not open at all, but after 10min of pressing the button under the mirror it worked and was fine for the rest of the day.
Put her back in the garage then went to use again today same issue, now i never lock the car when its in the garage so i dont think its the alarm, this time i left the boot open so i could use the emergancy pull, did that pressed the red button all electrics came on and the door switch is now working...
Closed locked etc a number of times and all is ok again, but i bet if i leave it overnight i will have the same issue...
Note it seems as though the car is asleep and will not wake, all the opening buttons do not work (both doors and boot), any clues???

Good news. 
Just got off the phone from Carl, going to get it booked in for him to have a fettle. Also going to get the alarm system changed while I am at it as it recently had the immobiliser done with the previous owner. Oh and going to get the battery conditioner hard wired in too.

My little bugger didn't let me out this morning, had to escape manually and then all the arse-ache of getting my PC out of the boot with no solonoid releases. Fuse looks fine so I guess fiddle with the control box connectors next.
But it did drive into work very nicely, hey ho, it's only the doors...

No one else I'd leave my TVR electrics to.
Think I have found my issue, I am using my old trickle charger from my 996, that plugs into the cigarette lighter, now I have left that out all is fine.
Strange it has only started doing it, been using it for 6 or so months, oh well back to fixing my optimate fixings and will use that, cannot think why that would cause an issue all of a sudden....

Thanks to markjo's post, pulling all of the connectors off the control unit and putting them back has fixed it. Except now a single press on the boot release operates the release solenoid twice! The wonders of the Cerb electrical system.
If I press my boot badge the solenoid operates once. Press it again and it has two tries, again and 3 tries. It tops out at 4. If I don't use the car for a long time the boot will refuse to open and I have to open it manually and work the solenoid for a while to loosen it up again.
