Differences between a late Tamora and a Sagaris

As the happy owner of a 2005 Tamora, I was wondering what the differences between it and a Sagaris were - other than the obvious engine capacity, I assume they have same chassis and general set up. From my small understanding the Tamora was a much improved product in its later life, and from the general comments here, the Sagaris is regularly commented on as the best handling production TVR, so it would be interesting to hear your thoughts, did the later Tamora benefit from the development of the Sagaris?.

Slightly different chassis, and the Tamora didnt directly benefit from any of the Sagaris chassis development. However, as the softer of the two cars and one that has less issues with grounding out, they're regarded as superior over bumpy B-roads, so in reality, the difference is negligeable.

As I have both.... The Sag is far more focused (no, not as in 'Ford'!), and far quicker in every aspect - except actual speed.
The steering and damping on the Sag is sublime, unlike anything I have driven before. I'm not saying the Tam is bad - more the fact the Sag just makes everything better.
The Sag sounds better to me (maybe due to the exhausts?), but apart from that, you're down to asthetics. Things like the roof, rear window etc make for a very different driving experience.
Is the Sag worth the £20k the price commands? If the Tam was at a decent price level, no. But as the Tam is so cheap, then yes, it is.
