I was thinking of giving Douglas Valley or Bell Hill Garage a call, to see if i can get a complete set from a later model. Not sure what the cost will be? but its gotta be better than a complete new set of dials (plus you will still have the tvr logo on them)

I've looked for ally rings before - noone does an accurate stick-on for the precat gauges, although if you search hard enough you may be more successful than me! One way to get the effect would be to rub off the black paint from the existing rings and varnish it, or just paint the rings silver. Speedy Cables or Green Gauges are part of the company that supplied the gauges originally, and I think they can fit new rings to your existing gauges (tricky job otherwise as they're rolled on by machine). Don't know about prices tho'. I gave up in the end, as anything other than a bolt-on bit is kind of taking the car too far away from originality. The later 500 gauges are ally-ringed, but they've got a 'normal' speedo, rather than the cool precat upside down one which I quite like. If you do find some, let me know!!
