New Lamborghini (LP700) 1st decent video
Discussion
Surely it is just an slight evolution/variation of the previous Murcies? So far it does not appear to be that different on the aesthetic front... All I'm saying is it does not look like a new model, more a new derivative. But then again, it might be VERY different with the cammo off.
I've seen the actual car at the factory and I would agree that the exterior is more evolution than revolution. The front is like the Reventon. The rear is very different to the Murcie, a bit like the Estoque prototype.
It's different enough to know that its not a Murcielago but I would agree it's not as significant a change as say from the Diablo to the Murcie. The interior is completely new and very cool.
Let's see what the drive is like. I think it's going to a very different car to drive and that's where the revolution is going to be. i'm going to keep my LP 640 until after my LP700-4 arrives to get a real feel for the difference. Only then will I decide whether or not to keep the LP640.

That looks fabulous.
It looks to me as though Lamborghini have done what Porsche have done with the 911 over the last 30 odd years or so - it aint broke so dont fix it - so they are just fine tuning the car.
Cant wait to see official pictures of the finished car.
Only problem for me is the lack of £180k or whatever it will cost. Anyone got need a surrogate son?????

I think with a few ticks in the options list, it's going to be more like £280K mate.It looks to me as though Lamborghini have done what Porsche have done with the 911 over the last 30 odd years or so - it aint broke so dont fix it - so they are just fine tuning the car.

Must agree after seeing the car 1st hand it's a pretty car from the front awesome from the rear and gallardo from the side but agree the drive will be massive difference from the Murci
It's got to be , current range feels a bit old hat in comparison to Ferrari's offerings Must agree after seeing the car 1st hand it's a pretty car from the front awesome from the rear and gallardo from the side but agree the drive will be massive difference from the Murci

t on every single car I have seen them on. If I bought a car with them installed, the first thing I would do is unwire them.
