Changing the front fog light bulb on an E60

The nearside front fog light bulb on my E60 525 Msport has blown and I need to replace it, I've looked at the car's manual which lists most of the other bulbs that can be replaced but not a fog light one, and I'm reluctant to take to the dealer if it's only a simple job to do. My question is, does anyone have any experience of this as it looks like the best way to gain access is to remove part of the wheel arch liner?

I just wanted to know if this is the case before I start taking the car apart.
