Headphones-which ones are better

Hi

I am in the market for some new in ear headphones for my iPhone for under £25. I am aware that the sound quality is not going to be top quality but out of the 2 options below which would be best to spend my monies on,

other suggestions welcome

Which iPhone? The iP4 has issues with its 3.5mm jack socket, a lot of aftermarket headphones won't work with it.

These entry-level Audio Technica headphones would be a lot better then the ones you have looked at.

yeah Iphone 4. really not heard of that , lots of mates have aftermarket headphones with theirs?
