Replacing all coolant pipes

Hi there looking at replacing all the coolant pipes on the car including ones to turbos.Is this a job that joe bloggs can tackle or only a mechanic need apply?.How long would i expect it to take and sorry to go on but where can i get the hoses from any advice would be great
