Following some of the recent threads on here on refurbs & new builds, I'd be interested to know what systems are in use. I am currently building a KNX based systems & would like to include various functionality/interfaces.

Systems to include are:

Normal lighting
Security lighting
Access Control
Intruder alarm
Fire/CO2 alarm
CCTV

Thanks smile

Skipped voting as I'm in the US, didn't want to skew your results.
Have most of the things listed.
Our visitors say they really like our hardwired hairdriers in the bathrooms and garden speakers.

I would hate to live where I feel that those four items are needed.

2 smoke detectors, a CO detector and a burglar alarm, which we never use as there is always someone in the house.

Some insurers insist on any or all of the above, irrespective of area or percieved threat.
