Looks like it could be wind driven rain coming in under the felt, though not easy make a proper diagnosis from the photos.

looks to me like when the summerhouse was built, the roof and the felt wasn't finished properly. I think there should be a board running along the length of the roof, screwed to the ends of the rafters. The felt should then be wrapped over this. This prevents wind driving rain up under the felt.

Yip!

Poorly finished detail at the eaves.

Bit of fascia then overlap the roof onto the fascia should prevent water ingress!

There should be a drip loop which stops the tiles lifting!! Are they all separate tiles!??

If left and it's damp then yes will get worse always best to sort leaks early or you could end up replacing whole roof!!!

There appears to be a buckle in the tiles.
There shouldn't be.
I assume these are fibregass shingles. Each peice is about 4' long and three shingle on each peice.
Normal instalation is over membrane, fist shingle cut to two shingles to prevent hump. Three nails in each shingle. They seal by a black sticky strip .
That verticle buckle could mean the sticky strip did not make good contact.

Also when fitted up to a vertical edge (right side of first pic) it would be normal to fit ali flashing on membrane and wood before the shingle. I can't see from the pic if it is there.

A guess, homeowner installed.

Possible solution nail down buckle, install flashing if missing and shingle over existing.
