I was fortunate enough to be at the first unveiling of the new Pagani last night at the Pirelli factory in Milan.

I was just uploading my crappy pictures, when i stumbled across these. I'm in a few of the pics so I thought I'd just post the link instead.

It was a great night and the new car is unbelievable in the flesh. The exterior detail is as you would expect - sublime, and the car is far prettier than any of the pictures suggest. The interior is quite simply the most stunning looking, crazy place to be and the attention to detail is the best I have ever seen on any car and even leaves the Zonda behind for wow factor.

Hey Lambo, I had to miss it yesterday due to a family commitment. Did you see many guys waving deposit cheques under Pagani's nose?

I wouldn't say many but there was a lot of very well heeled guys there. I know of one guy (won't name him here) who has formally pressed the button. You thinking about it??

That is one of the nicest supercars Ive ever seen, especially the rear deck. Only thing I thought could be nicer are the real lights. I'd have made them more like the mad racing car they made.

Regardless, that is one very, very nice looking car.

Cheers for sharing the pics. The Huayra looks stunning!

Anyone here going to the Trade Day at Geneva? Ecurie25 have offered me (and I am sure lots of members) tickets, including exclusive access to the Pagani and Lambo stands. Sounds like the perfect day out to me.

Cheers.

Not in the presentation but I spoke to him afterwards:

825,000 Euro plus tax for the standard car.

There are some options. The interior in my pics is the upgraded option. I don't know what the standard one looks like but I'm pretty sure no one will not want this one.

There is also a power upgrade of 30-40 BHP and a titanium exhaust.

You can have the whole thing in Carbon for 90,000 Euro, but I think this would spoil all the details. The colour of the car in the pictures was perfect for accentuating all of the carbon fibre detail, a full car in carbon would spoil it IMHO.

I'm still undecided on it's looks (from pictures); particularly the very low angle shots.

Looking forward to seeing this in the metal/carbon as so many people say it needs a personal viewing to really come across.

Articial lighting can make things look nicer... BUT WOW! The detail looks amazing and those pedals and seats and lighting... never seen anything like it!

Honestly mate it does look that good. I've been around most super cars and this is probably the most impressive piece of design I have ever seen.

These photos are slightly better, it's growing on me now.

Anyone know what the contraption on the seat is?

That interior is something else, at 1st glance I thought it was a bit too err, complicated, but after a minute or 2 of looking I could only think "WOW". An impressive bit of design!!
