MK3.5, what springs?

Hi all. I'm thinking of getting my mk3.5 sport tech lowered, but not sure which springs to go for, or who to do it. Have been looking at the Eibach kit -30mm front, -25mm back. I don't want to go too low as this is my every day car. However I want to get rid of the 4x4 look and the body roll. I will be doing some track days including the Ring. So any ideas as to which springs and where to get it set up in the north east. Thanks for any help.
