Entered a 3 man team earlier. We have previously done Toughguy, Mens Health survival of the Fittest so thought this would be a nice summer challenge.

Does anybody have any experience doing it?

For those who have no idea what it is...

Looks good. Messaged a couple of mates to see if they interested. I done the MH Survival of the fittest last year as well so this looks good for a summer challenge.

So we completed Hellrider yesterday!

A very well organised event considering its the first time they have done it.

We were aiming to complete 15 laps (5 each) but in the end managed 18!
So very happy...saying that, my legs are not very happy and it didnt help playing 18 holes golf on them yesterday either!

I would recomend this to any kean cyclist! The MTB did have some good runs through the woodland at high speed making it slightly more technical if you wanted to give it some!

...but the hills. Ergh, some of them were barely walkable! 1st gear front wheel liftoff was far too common!

I saw the PH jersey but didn't have the energy to come over and say hello.

It was our first enduro duathlon type event and also completed 18 laps which we were really chuffed with. My legs are still in bits though!

Ah! Some other guy came over and asked where I got the shirt from!
Well done though, 18 is good going! Did you do more cycling or running?
Unfortunately our timing chips only picked up 11ish laps on the results page.
We try and do 1 enduro event per year, mens health, tough guy and now this!

Each of our team did 3 run and 3 cycle legs each. I would consider myself a cyclist so found that reasonably good fun, but the running was another kettle of fish. It was my first ever running race and I'm not used to hills so I found it pretty tough.

All in all a good fun day though!
