Help needed: Audio advice

Hello All

I need to pick the collective brains of the PH Merc massive!

I have an SLK 32 with the Bose sound system. The rear speakers seem to have lost virtually all power and the sound is all via the front speakers. I had a new bose amp fitted at the weekend and this has not cured the problem- any one experienced this or have any ideas ?
