Cracked BBS magnesium wheels
Discussion
Try Jasmine on 01282 68 71 71 They normally have a few in stock.
I am pretty sure te RS centres are alloy as standard, The Gt2 has the magnesium centres which are prone to cracking.
Maybe you have Gt2 centres, if it turns out to be alloy, it will save a few quid.
This can be a diy job, I think there are 40 bolts off the top of my head. The only thing is you will definitely need to replace the gasket seal so that the whhel retains pressure.Speedline reccomend all bolts are replaced when rebuilding at 2 quid each!.
As most of these wheel rim have some level of corrosion it probaby maks sense to get one on an exchange basis if possible.
