Sagaris ride height (factory settings)
Discussion
When I bought my Sag it was 4 years old and had done 30k+ miles, I took ride height settings before fitting the Nitrons, these were
centre chassis rails where they meet outriggers
Front 95mm
Rear 124mm
outrigger setting
Front 112mm
Rear 141mm
both left and right sides were bang on the money,
I'm assuming the above settings must have dropped over the years/miles.
Anybody got any ride height settings from a very low mileage Sag?

can anyone else check their ride hieghts for me please?
set the hieght up measuring at the outriggers for reference, and with 125mm front and 155mm rear it all looked good, but after a test run on my usual route it ground out a couple of times on the front end so it still need to go up a bit, the rear tyre to wheelarch looks plenty, but the front definately needs some more, but if I leave the rear, it may end up only being slightly lower at the front, rather than the 25 to 30mm differenc it is supposed to have.
also a check measure ment of clearance under the front spoilers would be a help, tbh I should have done all this before I removed the old ones
Graham, what are these factory shock centres dimensions you refer too??

thanks mate, I have raised it up, the rear 20mm higher than the front, so 135 f and 155 rear, gone for the high side will get it out and check tomorrow with a view to gradually lowering back down a touch.
I`ve been looking at the sags in the classifieds, and its suprising how different they all seem to be when looking at the tyre to wheelarch gaps
what have you used for damper settings, I have started with rear 16 from hard, and front 14 from hard, it felt a little bouncy, so have reduced this to rear 14 front 12.

Centre distance is the fitted bolt to bolt centres dimension
What spring rate are on nitrons?;
Standard sag is 450F 400 rear,
Mine is 517F & 450r with billies & runs well with no grounding at legal speeds on poor B roads
I run geo as per my bible modification but have split castor to 75%-25% for reduced B road bump steer
