Anybody here watch this series?

I have a bit of a vamp-fettish type of thing.

I'm not sure how well the balance between horror and comedy has worked out though....?

Watched them all.

Last season was great.

Looking forward to season 4

prefer the tv version to the books.

We love it Makes all the other vampire stuff (Vampire Diaries, Twighlight, etc) look lame.

Though I don't think this season has really got going yet.

Season 3 has some really memorable head turning moments.

Also this guy is funny.

I'm glad I have found some others who appreciate it!

I'm only on series 3 although I'm thinking of buying the third boxset as the once a week hit just isn't enough.

I thought the first two seasons were great but couldn't really get into the third. I take it the third season gets better as it goes on?

MacW... At the moment I don't think it's as good with regards to the action that we saw in the last two, but it's good at filling in the gaps.

I found season two went off track with Maenad story, but season three with Russell Edgington was better.

Another fan here.

Am really struggling with the current (third) season.

IMHO, not a patch on the previous two.

Weak storyline with nothing really happening.

Gonna stick with it though.

I was hoping to d/l the rest of the series. I thought that I might get on better as I had the other two on DVD, and was lucky that the third season started the week after I finished season 2.

I can tell the Eric story line is going to turn nasty though.

It needs some more blood.... and sex.

It's up up episode seven, or it's seven showing on Friday.
