Drains on the bottom of the rear window

I know there are two drains (One on each side) to drain the run off from the window. My do not seem to be working. I went to blow them our with some compressed air and could not make out where they drain to. Does anyone know? It may be better to blow them from the end point vice the window

No idea - the revised seal on mine doesn't have them I believe (helps stop water pouring in the boot when it's rained believe it or not).
