Insuring a car for 6 months abroad...

Looking to buy a car in England and then drive it across to Bratislava where I am based for around 6 months.
Looking to sort the insurance but unsure how it works for this?
Will it be massively inflated?
Do I need a specialist policy?
I still pay the UK taxes and my main home is in the UK.
Which address do I declare as correct?
Anyone who has done this and can give some advice (and recommend an insurance company that can help) would be appreciated

Thanks, was thinking of buying a 10k Boxster or Z4, so fully comp is needed.
