Toyota Avensis - alarm going off..

It's an old 2001 estate and it's been fine. Yesterday the alarm startedf going off randomly, it's continued last night and today. It's parked in the same spot, I can't see any signs of spiders or insects near teh sensors inside, so baffled.

Anyone had a similar problem and also, anyone know how to lock the car whilst disabling the alarm? It's a safe area and currently leaving it unlocked, but it's not ideal!

On the '04 there is a button near the roof reading lights that you can press before setting the alarm with the key fob and it will disable the interior sensors.

May also be worth checking the battery condition, as I think there is a 'tamper' function that may be being triggered due getting low/intermittent current.
